The Salado Creek Overlook is a 60-foot long steel structure perched high on a bluff.

The overlook offers a place where visitors can take a break, reflect in nature and study the geology of the normally dry Salado Creek. It is found near the trailhead for the Salado Creek Greenway trail, part of the Howard W. Peak Greenway Trails System that will someday encircle the city.
