Children’s Nature Play Area

Children’s Nature Play Area was created on Feb. 3, 2019 by park staff and volunteers. The trees that were used to build the play area came from the Land Bridge clearing and other areas across the city, including the blue spruce Christmas tree in Travis Park, that was donated by HEB.

Kids can play tic tac toe on tree stumps, build teepees, cross stepping stones, or crawl over a large fallen tree. The imagination is their only limit.
