Basketball Courts
There are two basketball courts. The courts are outside and available during normal park hours. No fee or reservation is required.

Dog Park (West)
The tree-lined, award-winning dog parks are among the most popular attractions at Hardberger Park. The enclosed parks are divided so that small dogs and large dogs can run off-leash in their own areas.

Golden Age Art Installation
Golden Age is an art installation by Anne Wallace. The work was inspired by the history of the land that is now Phil Hardberger Park.

Playground (West)
Kids get active at Phil Hardberger Park's beautiful playscapes for children ages two to 12.

Savanna Grassland
Since 2009, 13 acres of native grasses have been planted near the beginning of the Oak Loop Trail, restoring the land from dairy farm to savanna.

South Field
Two open fields provide the perfect place to fly a kite, play a pick-up game of your favorite sport or just run around.

Trails (West)
Get active and get fit, hiking and biking the trails at Hardberger Park.

Urban Ecology Center at PHP
Built of limestone and other materials native to the park, the $6.3 million PHP Urban Ecology Center includes 18,600 square feet of recreation and education space.

Wetland Restoration Project
From just an ephemeral pool of stagnant water and mud emerges a wetland area that now treats polluted surface water runoff before entering a natural drainage.

Wildscape Demonstration Garden
The PHP Wildscape Demonstration Garden serves as a teaching garden to showcase native Texas plants to our community.
