Trails (West)

PHP West (8400 NW Military Hwy) offers its own set of trails.

Completely unpaved, the Savanna Loop Trail begins behind the Phil Hardberger Park Urban Ecology Center and can also be accessed from a trail leading from the playfields. It is 1.84 miles long. The Oak Loop Trail, also unpaved, is 0.84 miles and can be accessed from Siteline C which is connected to the short Savanna Trail. The Savanna trail can be accessed from the Urban Ecology Center and Recreation Area parking lots.

• Unpaved trails

Pets are welcomed on all of the trails. They must be kept on a leash, and owners must clean up after their pets, including disposing of bags in trashcans. Mutt Mitts dispensers and trashcans are found at many of the trailheads, at the playgrounds and near buildings.
